Why I Built a Community Like FitnAbel
I’m often asked why FitnAbel feels the way it does, so I've been trying to figure out how to answer that. It feels like a lot to put out there, but I want people to understand where my drive to create this community comes from. I was adopted. It’s not a secret or a big drama. Your Immune Boost - in a Shot
With so many coughs and colds doing the rounds, this delicious lemon and ginger shot is a quick and easy way to give your immune system a boost. 2025 Unwrapped!
At FitnAbel, we never stand still, always finding new ways to move and improve. In the past 12 months, we've launched new classes, competitions and challenges, kickboxing workshops , Olympic barbell lifting classes , Roll & Realign sessions and our ever-popular 6-week health reset . Our first Battle Cancer squad smashed it!
This month, 20 of our amazing members took on the mighty Battle Cancer Challenge at London's Olympia: 90 minutes of synchro deadlifts, cycling, rowing, burpees, dumbbell snatches, kettlebell swings - and more, while fundraising for Breast Cancer UK . Honestly, I couldn't be more proud. It was very emotional for me to see this incredible group of women come together on the day and give it absolutely everything they had.
