When I was just ten years old, I was introduced to Weight Watchers. Unaware that I needed to lose weight, things spiralled downwards...
 

Insecurities started to kick in and I was bullied at school. I had zero self-confidence and at the age of just 16, following some major family issues, I left home. Depression kicked in and I drifted through various jobs, living on people’s sofas, without any sense of belonging.

It was only when I met my husband, Neil, at 21, that I truly began to embrace my true sense of identity, purpose and worth. 

 

Knowing how much I’d always enjoyed sports and exercise, Neil encouraged me to get outside my comfort zone and convinced me to put it into practice. I did a Personal Training course and the rest, as they say – is history!

Nathalie is passionate about helping people build strength for life through functional training, focusing on form and technique.


She understands the transformative impact of building muscle and gaining strength.

Nathalie's aim is
 to help people to reach their own strength and fitness goals through regular and consistent training, using her supportive, motivational and fun coaching style.

Dani's Pilates classes are designed to improve core strength, mobility and overall body awareness through a series of low-impact exercises that emphasise proper posture and alignment.

 

She adapts exercises for all abilities, ensuring that whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you will find the right level of challenge and support.
Her rejuvinating workouts will help to increase muscle tone, enhance balance and reduce stress. 

As well as a yoga and NLP practitioner, life coach, hypnotherapist and busy mum of two -  I'm also a fully certified Bionic Breathwork Coach.
 

Breathwork is a true gateway to your soul, releasing suppressed emotions, giving clarity and purpose to you - and, most of all, filling you with love! 

As your resident Breathwork coach, I can’t wait to help you shed the layers of whatever might be blocking you...

As the mother of two young children, I know just how challenging it can be to find the time for yourself. But one of the main reasons I love exercise is because it makes me feel bloody awesome!


I’ve competed in pure elite bikini modelling contests and placed 4th and 5th - and I’ve competed in Hyrox London 2024. I can’t wait to do it again - and I want to show you how much you can have by making exercise and fitness part of your life.
