Held at our private studio at The Underground Gym, Tunbridge Wells (no gym membership required) with morning, lunchtime, evening & weekend sessions available.
Weekly Coach Check-Ins
Stay on track with weekly accountability check-ins from our expert coaches. We’ll review your progress, answer your questions, and help you stay motivated, so you never feel stuck or alone.
Nutrition Guidance
We don’t just train your body - we fuel it the right way. Receive personalised nutrition advice, sample meal plans, and healthy recipes to keep your energy high and your results on point.
Progress Tracking
See your transformation unfold! We’ll take body composition photos and measurements at the start and finish of the challenge, so you can clearly see just how far you’ve come.
