2025 Unwrapped!

At FitnAbel, we never stand still, always finding new ways to move and improve. In the past 12 months, we've launched new classes, competitions and challenges, kickboxing workshops, Olympic barbell lifting classes, Roll & Realign sessions and our ever-popular 6-week health reset. We brought energy (and a LOT of laughter) to the studio with an 80s dance class, an epic collaboration with Burn Bikes - and took 20 amazing members to compete at London's Battle Cancer Challenge.  We pounded the streets with our Couch to 5k running club, relaxed at an outdoor Wild Spa experience - and, of course, ended the year doing what we do best: celebrating as a community of strong, like-minded women.

I want to say a huge thank you to every member who showed up, supported each other and helped make FitnAbel what it is. This year has been about consistency, confidence and community, and I'm beyond proud of what we've built together.
