Your Immune Boost - in a Shot

With so many coughs and colds doing the rounds, this delicious lemon and ginger shot is a quick and easy way to give your immune system a boost. 


Packed with vitamin C, ginger’s natural anti-inflammatory properties and a touch of cayenne to fire up circulation, it will help keep your immune system fighting fit as the colder months set in.


Take the juice of 3 lemons and 2-3 thumb-sized pieces of fresh ginger (peeled & chopped), 2-3 tsp honey (optional, for sweetness) and ½ tsp cayenne or turmeric (optional, for extra kick). Blend with 500ml cold water until smooth and pour into a sealed bottle or small jars.


Keep in the fridge for up to 7 days - just give it a shake before each shot.
