Personal training is specifically designed for the individual. This can be carried out in your own home, garden or park.
In my one-on-one client sessions, I use a variety of proven techniques to deliver fast results. Whether we’re doing high intensity interval training, cardio conditioning or weightlifting, I assure you, there won’t be a moment of monotony. I’m not the type of trainer that will throw you from exercise to exercise watching you do 3 sets of each exercise until the hour is up. You’ll see that I’m super friendly, motivating, and will always work with you to figure out what’s right for YOU! Together we’ll overcome the challenges of losing fat, building muscle, and increasing your overall fitness capacity.
