Group Sessions

Exercising together in a small, friendly group will not only energise you, it's great fun, sociable - and often pretty sweaty!

From circuits to boxing, weights to stretching, choose from a range of specially designed sessions to get you the results you want.

Girls Football

After school football coaching for girls aged between 5-14 delivered by a FA qualified coaches and volunteers. 

Super fun, non-competitive sessions, matches & tournaments, designed to help develop football skills and build confidence.
