Fitness Classes

New for 2024 are my brand new fitness classes at The Underground Gym Studio, in Tunbridge Wells.

Group sessions are a great way to get fit, tone up and have fun in a group. Choose from boxing, high intensity functional training and strength workouts to get the results you deserve.

Designed to fit in with your busy schedule, classes run every weekday morning and evening as well as Saturday mornings.

A full body 'high intensity functional training' (circuits) class, designed to maximise results using timed intervals body weight exercises and resistance equipment.

Expect to burn fat, improve speed & strength and leave energised.


This session focuses on strengthening and toning exercises to make you stronger, fitter and leaner.


Learn the correct technique for lifting weights to help fast track you to your goals and performance.



A fast-paced class, combining boxing sequences body weight drills and resistance exercises to push you to your limits.

If you're looking to change your life through fitness and have a great time doing it, this is the class for you.
