Where did Fit in 20 start?
In the first Lockdown, i was desperate to find a wy to keep people excersising. It was more important than ever, for our physical and mental health. It was difficult to get people to commit to classes beacause of all the uncertainty - and lack of confidence to join a live online class.
So in May 2020 I ran the first Fit in 20 5 day challenge. People could join in whenever suited them and get coached through super - speedy 20-minute exercise sessions. It was an instant hit with 100s of people joining in. I decided to carry it on with a different challenge each and every week, all designed to keep everyone motivated and staying active.
I hear the same thing all the time - you're busy looking after the kids, home schooling, working, cleaning and endless chores that you often neglect your own fitness in the process.

How does Fit in 20 work?
Fit in 20 works for all levels of fitness, from extreme beginners through to advanced. Even if weight loss isn't your goal, we'll tone you up, keep you fit and turn you into a clean eating, fat burning machine. It is run through a private Facebook group, the Fit in 20 Fitness Hub. Monday to Friday I post a new 20 minute workut for you to complete. They all cover a wide variety of fun and effetive training methods. You dont have to know about knowing the exercises beacause i do them all with you, explaing each one and show high and low modifications as we go.
The Fit in 20 Fitness Hub is a private Facebook community where you can meet and hangout with like-minded people who share the same goals.

What Equipment do i need?
Thats another bonus of Fit in 20 - you don't need any equipment. Just a little bit of space, indoors or outdoors. If you have some hand weights or resistance bands, you can include those. Or grab some tins from the kitchen instead. But you dont need anything except 20 minutes and a sports bra if your female!
When can i do the workouts?
Whenever you want! I post a new workout everyday and you complete it whenever works best for you. Some of my members do it firts thing in the morning to feel energised throught th day, others fit it in at lunchtime or after school or work - get the kids to join in too! And if you can't fit in a workout one day, they're all still available for you to catch up when you can. Yoyu can even do back-to-back if you're feeling extra energetic.
Whats the workout schedule?
We will cover a wide variety of workouts - HIIT, endurance, strength training, cardio conditioning for example - so you see the best possible results.

What results can i expect ?

I design these workouts using a combination of bodyweight and dumbbell exercises. This gives me the variety to keep the workouts fresh, fun and super effective. But if you haven't got dumbells, dont worry!

I recommend using between 2 and 10kg, depending on your fitness.
