BOOTCAMP

Each session is different in which you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 5 minutes and then move on to another exercise including circuits. It’s like a game of musical chairs: everyone begins at a station and when I shout “time!” everyone moves to the next free station. Some classes include boot camp style games where you alternate an aerobic activity with a muscle-strengthening activity. Others focus exclusively on muscle toning or aerobic exercise.

Boot camp training increases your strength and aerobic fitness and burns up to 700 at each class. Boot camp training tends to be intense, but it’s completely adaptable to the individual.

This will suit anyone looking for a good sweat to shake out of a training plateau. Boot camps are also popular among busy people who want to get results quick.

YOGA SHRED

Yoga Shred is a cross training combination of Hiit (High intensity interval training) and Vinyasa Flow Yoga, You will experience a full body, cardio workout that takes Vinyasa Flow movements as a starting point. Yoga Shred will improve core strength through flowing sequences and will burn fat through High Intensity cardio exercises. Classes are between 45 - 60 minutes long. We start off with a flowing warm up and move onto 6 separate type of moves (Side Plank Curls, Fists of Fire Lunges, etc...) these are called a “Yoga Shred" or a “Shred”. Shreds are done in blocks of 20 seconds activity / 10 seconds rest, for up to 8 rounds. We finish off with a well earned streach and Short Full body scan.
